Transport Masterplan
A number of transport improvements are needed to make the projects work. These include:
The Project Champion and Community Representative Topic Group for this project include: Duncan Hamilton, Colin Smith, Mark Brand, Crawford McGhie, Graeme Mclay, Janet Dickson, Allan Jarvis and Debbie Miller.
- The Kirkintilloch link road and Southbank Access road
- Traffic management measures on the Lenzie corridor and in Kirkintilloch Town Centre
- The countryside access network
- Park and ride expansion at Lenzie station
- Town centre and Southbank parking and access strategy
- Improvements to walking and cycling routes and public transport
