Affordable Housing Developments

Kirkintilloch’s Initiative has set aside funding to help develop supported and affordable housing projects in the area.

They are currently working with East Dunbartonshire Council’s housing department, housing associations and Communities Scotland to identify possible opportunities.

KI has already helped Cube Housing Association secure land at Waterloo Close for the development of affordable homes.
