Woodilee Housing Development
The former Woodilee hospital site in Kirkintilloch will now be home to a brand new housing development boosting a range of new houses in different shapes and sizes as well as new amenities and community areas.
The Woodilee Housing Development will:

Information about the availability of housing will be publicised through the housing consortium and on the KI website as soon as it’s released.
The Woodilee Housing Development will:
- host a mixture of housing at a wide range of prices
- provide around 900 new homes
- be built by a group of house builders including Cala, Miller, Persimmon and Redrow
- help to bring additional funding to the area and allow KI to finance many of the projects
