Where can I find out more information about the housing that’s going to be built at Woodilee and when construction will start?
The proposed housing development gained outline planning consent in June 2005 and detailed planning consent in March 2007. Before this can be implemented the developers need to meet a number of planning conditions. Some of these are quite complex, involve discussions with the Council and a number of statutory authorities and will require a significant investment of time and money from KI, the Council and the developers.
Construction is anticipated to start later this year. People will be able to access sales information directly from the consortium of housebuilders – Cala, Miller Persimmons and Redrow - when it’s available.
