Monday 19 May to Friday 23 May - Discussions continue with prospective purchasers of the various land parcels in the KI land portfolio. Greater certainty on the award of the construction contract for the Link Road is now allowing these discussions to move forward more quickly. There are however many issues to be addressed before actual sales can take place. Quite recently it became clear that some of the land lies within areas at risk of occasional flooding. This issue is now being looked carefully and it will probably be necessary to engage consultants to advise us on the implications.
