Integrated Care Centre

Monday 5 May to Friday 9 May - As work gets into gear on site the final details of the design for the Integrated Care Centre are being formally agreed with the Council’s Planning Service. There are a number of conditions on the planning consent which are to be resolved in detail before the building can be occupied. These relate to things like the landscaping proposals, energy efficiency measures and the detailed design of the car parking layout and access junction. The Design Team have submitted final proposals on all of these issues and discussions are taking place on their final approval.
