Southbank Access Road

Monday 28 April to Friday 2 May - This week saw completion of the land acquisition for the Southbank Access Road. Other pre-start conditions are also being addressed. It is hoped that work on site will now be able to start in mid-May. Prior to this there will be further contact with affected residents to ensure that the landscape proposals are agreed and to provide them with other requested information such as drainage design details, noise monitoring proposals, pre-contract condition surveys of their property and a programme for the works.
