Monday 7 April to Friday 11 April - Site preparation work continues in parallel with discussions on the final proposals for addressing the planning conditions. Updated proposals relating to the car park layout, the landscaping, the design of the wild life corridor and the materials to be used on the building façade are all being considered by the Planning Service. A minute of agreement relating to possible improvements to the access junction at Lenzie Road / Saramago Street is also being reviewed. I expect KI will be able to award the main contract very shortly. Thereafter, the level of activity on site should increase
fairly dramatically.
