The KI Communications Group met this week to consider the liaison and publicity programme. The biggest events over the next few months will undoubtedly be the letting of the construction contracts for the Kirkintilloch Link Road and the Integrated Care Centre. However, there will also be quite a bit of work involved in publicising the development of the Arts & Cultural Centre starting with the communication event arranged for 21 April. We will also be talking to the East Dunbartonshire Development Company about its plans for publicising the opening of the Marina at Southbank in May. A number of ideas for expanding our use of the web site were discussed and are likely to be implemented soon.
