Arts & Cultural Centre

The design of the Arts & Cultural Centre has recently reached Stage E in the RIBA plan of work. This was marked by KI receiving from the Architects a full report on all aspects of the detailed design. The information now available is at a very detailed level and is being used to update the Cost Plan. As soon as the updated Cost Plan is available a full review of the building design will be undertaken to ensure that any necessary savings required to contain the project within budget have been identified. A communication evening has been arranged for Monday 21 April at which the updated plans will be presented to the local arts community.
