Several meetings took place last week about progressing the disposal of the KI land portfolio. It is these disposals which help to pay for the projects. Although these discussions are going well it is a surprise to me how long it can take to bring the sale of a piece of land to a final conclusion. The timing of these sales is important to the financial structure of KI so I have taken information on progress into account when updating the financial reports for the KI Board.
