Southbank Infrastructure

We met again this week with residents affected by the proposed Southbank Access Road. Unfortunately our design engineers had not advanced the detailed design of the road as much as we had hoped for this meeting. There are many reasons for the slow progress including delays in reaching agreement with Council’s Roads Department on the final layout. It is most unfortunate that residents are subjected to the continued uncertainty. Every effort is being made to bring the base design to a close. This will allow us to start talking in detail to residents about the nature and extent of landscaping and noise mitigation measures.
