Integrated Care Centre

Detailed planning consent for the Integrated Care Centre was granted on 15 January. As usual, there are a number of pre-start conditions on the consent and the Design Team is working with the Council’s Planning Service towards resolving these. We’re aiming to start the main construction work by the end of February / early March. In the meantime, preparation work to demolish various buildings and clear the site has been instructed. The Preferred Contractor and his Design Team have agreed all of the building layout proposals with the users and these have been signed off.
