Affordable Housing

I met this week with a Registered Social Landlord who has expressed an interest in one the sites in the KI land portfolio. KI is committed to the provision of a proportion of affordable housing as part of its overall plans. The RSL has some interesting proposals which we will look at in detail when they put forward a specific proposal.
