Affordable Housing

I have recently had a number of meetings and discussions with the Council’s Planning and Housing Services about the provision of Affordable Housing in the Kirkintilloch area. From these meetings I have prepared a Discussion Paper which details the potential development sites and development types associated with KI. The aim is to have a document which is kept up to date as circumstances change and which sets out a plan for ensuring that the KI project overall strikes the right balance between the provision of private residential development and affordable housing for rent.
