Kirkintilloch Link Road

We are continuing to hold regular meetings about the delivery arrangements for the Kirkintilloch Link Road. This week I met with the Council’s Land Contamination Officer regarding surveys which are required in the Loch Road area. A lot of decontamination work has already been done and KI will shortly have certification and associated warranties confirming that the land is suitably treated for use as a road. This information will be passed to EDC for use in determining the extent of any further survey work which is required.
