Kirkintilloch Link Road

Further development of the planning application for the Kirkintilloch Link Road has our main focus this week. Letters providing local residents with detailed information about the process have been prepared and will go out early next week. Arrangements have also been made for a display of the detailed plans. This will take place on 12, 13 and 14 December at Lenzie Academy between 5.00pm and 8.30pm. Design staff will be available to explain the proposals and try to answer questions from the public. The display is mentioned in the letter to local residents and will be publicised by posters in local facilities such as shops and public buildings. I am hopeful that everyone who has an interest will be able to attend and get any information they feel they require.
