Annual General Meeting

This week I’ve been preparing information for KI’s annual general meeting on 26th October, where we’ll consider and approve the company’s accounts and the appointment of directors. Although the company accounts are relatively straightforward there has been quite a bit of discussion with our accountant, as it is the first year when there has been significant activity. The accounts relate only to the costs associated with management of the projects. Funding for the projects themselves is handled separately. I’ve also prepared a report for the Council’s Policy & Resources Committee, which updates the Committee on funding sources for the various projects.
